Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are dispatched from our Karachi facility. Once dispatched, standard transit rules apply.
Damaged on Arrival
Lithium cells are sensitive. If you receive a physically damaged product, you must notify our technical team within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
Return Criteria
We do not accept 'change of mind' returns. Returns are only valid for wrong deliveries or verified 'out-of-the-box' manufacturing defects. Units must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund Processing
After technical inspection and approval, refunds are processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Warranty & Shipping
For post-use issues, refer to our 5-Year Warranty. Note: Customers are responsible for two-way shipping/cargo charges for all warranty claims.
